Review, manage, and get notified about voicemail

In the Lightspeed Voice Dashboard

Voicemail allows you to review messages left by callers when you're unavailable. From the Dashboard, you can listen to recordings, return calls, and manage messages directly from the interface. The notification bell alerts you when new voicemails or other system notifications are available, so you don't miss important activity.

On a Desk Phone

On supported desk phones, the envelope-shaped button accesses your personal voicemail. The first time you log in, you'll be prompted for a password — by default, this matches your extension number. You'll then be guided through recording your unavailable greeting and setting a new password.
