💡Average call sentiment ratings: View sentiment ratings by individual user, team, or group to uncover trends, issues, or highlight team members delivering consistently positive experiences.

Reporting Enhancements 🎯

We’ve rolled out even more new reporting improvements to make it easier to track, understand, and take action on missed calls across your organization.

What’s new:

✔ Missed Calls Now Visible in Call Detail Records (CDR) Reports

You can now view missed calls for both Ring Groups and Queues directly in your CDR Reports, eliminating the need for extra reports or manual guesswork.

✔ Cleaner, More Intuitive Filters

To simplify reporting, Queues have been removed from the CDR filter. Ring Groups and Queues now live in their own dedicated reports – right where they belong.

✔ Enhanced Ring Group & Queue Reports

Both reports now include a “Show All Missed Calls” filter, giving you a complete picture of every call that went unanswered.

✔ User-Level Call Drilldowns

Easily click into any user within a Ring Group or Queue to see exactly which calls they handled – making performance tracking and accountability effortless.
