With Custom Summaries, NOVA Pro goes beyond standard AI-generated recaps by letting you define exactly what information matters most. From action items and follow-ups to caller pain points and key discussion points, every summary is tailored to highlight the insights your team actually needs.
Even better, summaries can be customized by user, department, or workflow – ensuring each team gets relevant, role-specific visibility into every conversation. The result is clearer communication, stronger follow-through, and more actionable insights across your organization.

2FA/MFA Verification Short Codes Now Supported 📲
Our latest platform update adds support for 2FA and MFA verification codes, allowing your Lightspeed Voice business numbers to receive authentication codes directly in your Messages inbox. This helps reduce the need for personal mobile numbers when accessing everyday business tools and platforms that require MFA, such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, CRMs, and more.
Codes sent to a Lightspeed Voice number can be accessed in Messenger under “Short Codes” by any user with access to that business number.
As always, this enhancement is part of our ongoing commitment to improving functionality across the Lightspeed Voice platform based on real-world customer needs.
