This Promotion is sponsored by Lightspeed Voice (Lightspeed CLEC, Inc.) and takes place during the 2025 Agent Brokers United (ABU) Trade Show at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. How to Enter
Enter by having your badge scanned at the Lightspeed Voice booth at Agent Brokers United 2025 or by submitting your information via QR code on our promo materials. No purchase is required. Limit one entry per person and one free month of NOVA AI service (up to $100 value) prize per business entity.

3. Eligibility
Open to U.S. residents 21 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Lightspeed Voice and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. Prize
Prizes cannot be sold or transferred..

‍Branded Poker Chip: Given to participants while supplies last. This item is a promotional souvenir with de minimis value (no retail value and not valid as currency or for gambling purposes).‍

Free Month of NOVA: Selected entrants receive up to $100 credit toward NOVA, our AI-powered communication platform.

o   New customers must activate Lightspeed Voice service to redeem.

o   Existing customers with NOVA must enable at least one new user.

5. Prize Redemption
Winners will be contacted after the event. Prize has no cash equivalent and must be used per Lightspeed Voice’s service terms. Service auto-renews unless canceled.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries or technical issues. Participation releases Sponsor from any liability related to the Promotion.
