Overview

The Scheduler manages office hours, holiday closures, and temporary call-flow overrides.

Access the Scheduler

Users with the appropriate permissions can open Management > Phone Settings > Scheduler.

Office Hours and Holidays

Set your office hours and use holiday calendars to identify dates when the office will be closed.

Temporary Overrides

Use force-open or force-close conditions when your normal schedule needs to change. Specify the start time and duration for an early close, unexpected closure, or temporary schedule change.

Manage Overrides from LS Orbit

The LS Orbit mobile app also provides call-flow overrides. Choose a reason and a destination, such as voicemail, a ring group, or a specific extension.
