Overview

Bulk export lets you collect recordings from a filtered set of calls into a ZIP file.

Select Your Recordings

1. Open the CDR Report.
2. Filter the calls using the date range, call type, user, phone number, or contact name.
3. Review the results, then choose Export Options > Export Call Recordings.
4. Review the selection and any download information displayed in the confirmation window before accepting the request.

Retrieve the Export

The platform collects the recordings in the background. An email notifies you when the files are ready and provides a link to the download.

You can also open Reports > Download History and locate the request in the Bulk Download section. Review the file's status, size, and expiration information, then select Download and review the confirmation shown before saving the ZIP.
