Overview

The integrated TimeCop time clock lets employees clock in and out from their phone or the Lightspeed Voice platform.

From the Platform

Use the clock icon in the upper-right corner. Available actions depend on your current status. The icon is green when you are clocked in, and hovering over it shows elapsed time.

From a Phone

Dial *99, enter your employee ID, and follow the prompts. The time clock also supports breaks and lunch.

Hours Worked Reporting

Open Reports > General > TimeCop. Available views depend on your permissions and can include Overview, Hours Worked Report, and Auto History. Authorized administrators can review the Hours Worked Report for payroll preparation.
