Learn how to log in to Lightspeed Voice, create or reset your password, and get help if your reset email does not arrive.
Access your Lightspeed Voice account to use the web application and its available features.
Log in to your account
- Go to app.lightspeedvoice.com.
- Enter the Email Address associated with your Lightspeed Voice user account.
- Enter your Password.
- Click Login.
Tip: Bookmark the login page for easy access.
Create or reset your password
If you don't know your password, use the password reset option to create a new one.
- On the login page, click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Lightspeed Voice user account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email for the password reset message.
- Open the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
- Return to app.lightspeedvoice.com and log in using your email address and new password.
Didn't receive the reset email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that you entered the email address associated with your Lightspeed Voice user account.
- If you're unsure which email address to use, check with your account administrator.
