Overview
This walkthrough covers the LS Orbit mobile app, available for both Apple and Android — search "LS Orbit" in your device's app store.
Step-by-Step
1. Logging In
Open the app and enter your Lightspeed Voice login credentials (the same as your Dashboard login).
2. Phone & Park
The default screen is the Phone tab. In-call features include Mute, Speaker, Hold, Transfer, Add Call, and Attended Transfer. Dial *27 to park a call; check parked calls under the Lightspeed icon → Parking Lots.
3. Voicemail
Tap the voicemail icon and enter your password, or tap the Lightspeed icon → Visual Voicemail. Dial *98 to check a different mailbox.
4. History, Quick Dial & Contacts
View recent activity under History, save frequent numbers under Quick Dial, and switch between your device's Address Book and your synced Lightspeed Voice Phonebook under Contacts.
5. Messenger
View and filter text messages, send new messages, and save new contacts directly from the Messenger tab.
6. Lightspeed Voice Button
Tap the Lightspeed Voice icon to update your profile picture, change availability, clock in/out, and access Scheduler, Switchboard, Visual Voicemail, Parking Lots, Settings, Queues, and Help & Support.
7. Settings Menu
Tap the three dots in the top right for SIP Accounts and Preferences, including scheduled or immediate Do Not Disturb rules.
