Overview

The Shape integration enables click-to-call from contact phone numbers in Shape.

Set Up Lightspeed Voice

1. Open Management > Lead Settings > Integrations and click the plus icon.
2. Enter an integration name and select Shape as the vendor.
3. Assign the users who need access.
4. Assigned users can find their credentials under My Authentication on the integration page.

Allow Users to View Credentials

If a user cannot view the integration page, an administrator can open Management > Account Settings > Roles & Permissions, edit the user's role, and enable View under Management Integrations. Save the role before returning to the integration page.

Connect Within Shape

1. In Shape, open Settings and locate Apps & Integrations > API Integrations.
2. Find Lightspeed Voice and click Connect.
3. Open your Shape profile settings and select Phone.
4. Enter the username and token from your Lightspeed Voice authentication settings and save.

Place a Call

Open a contact record in Shape and click the Lightspeed Voice icon beside a phone number. Lightspeed Voice initiates the outbound call. Answer your phone to connect.
