First Month Free Promotion

The Lightspeed Voice First Month Free Promotion is available to eligible prospective customers who receive and respond to the promotion through LightspeedVoice.com. Participation is subject to these Terms & Conditions and Lightspeed Voice approval.

Eligibility

The promotion is available to eligible new Lightspeed Voice customers who are not currently under an active Lightspeed Voice service agreement and who otherwise meet Lightspeed Voice's standard sales, service, and credit requirements.

The promotion is intended for prospects who are shown the First Month Free offer on LightspeedVoice.com. Eligibility is determined by Lightspeed Voice and may be limited based on prior customer relationships, existing sales opportunities, previously issued proposals, partner or referral arrangements, or other circumstances.

Website Submission Required

To qualify, the prospect must submit a qualifying inquiry through a form on LightspeedVoice.com while the First Month Free promotion is actively displayed to that visitor. Mentioning the promotion by phone, email, chat, or another channel without a qualifying website submission does not establish eligibility.

Lightspeed Voice may use website and form-submission records to verify that the promotion was presented to the prospect at the time of inquiry.

Promotion Benefit

Eligible customers who complete a qualifying purchase may receive a promotional credit equal to one month of eligible Lightspeed Voice recurring service charges. The specific services and charges included in the promotional credit will be identified in the applicable quote, order, or service agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the promotion does not apply to hardware, equipment, installation, professional services, usage-based charges, third-party products or services, taxes, regulatory charges, surcharges, shipping, or other non-recurring fees.

Redemption and Application

The promotion is applied only after the customer completes Lightspeed Voice's standard sales and approval process and enters into the applicable service agreement. The timing and method of the promotional credit will be reflected in the customer's final order or billing arrangement.

Submitting a form or receiving the promotion does not obligate Lightspeed Voice to approve service, extend credit, provide a particular price, or enter into an agreement.

Limitations

• Limit one First Month Free promotion per eligible customer or account.
• The promotion has no cash value and may not be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
• The promotion may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, special pricing, or credits unless expressly approved by Lightspeed Voice in writing.
• The promotion is not available retroactively for purchases, agreements, or inquiries completed before the qualifying website submission.

Availability and Changes

The First Month Free promotion is available for a limited time and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by Lightspeed Voice at any time. Any offer presented to a prospect remains subject to final verification and the terms of the applicable customer agreement.
