Overview

The Switchboard is your live view of everything happening with calls and users in real time. It shows who's on a call, who's available, and lets you manage calls as they happen. For many users, this becomes the most important screen in the system.

Accessing the Switchboard

A compact preview appears on the right side of the main dashboard. Click into it to open the full Switchboard view.

Transferring Calls

From the Switchboard, you can transfer a call by dragging and dropping it onto another user, or by using the transfer icon directly.

Parking Calls

Parking is different from transferring — it holds the call in a shared spot so anyone in the office can pick it up. This is useful when you're not sure who should take the call next. You can also park a call from the Softphone by dialing *27; you'll hear which parking spot the call was sent to, and it will appear in the Park section of the Switchboard for anyone to retrieve.

Listen and Whisper

Listen and Whisper features allow supervisors or managers to monitor live calls for training and quality purposes without the caller knowing they're being observed.
