Set up Xanatek for call pop-ups, call notes, recording links, and synced NOVA AI summaries and sentiment.
Overview
The Xanatek integration connects Lightspeed Voice with your agency management workflow for inbound and outbound call pop-ups, call notes, call details, and recording links. Agencies using NOVA can also sync AI-generated call summaries and sentiment insights.
Before You Begin
- An active Lightspeed Voice account with permission to manage integrations
- Valid Xanatek login credentials
- The names of the users who should have access to the integration
- NOVA enabled for users whose AI summaries and sentiment you want to sync
Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Create the Integration
Sign in to the Lightspeed Voice platform and go to Management > Lead Settings > Integrations. Click the + icon in the upper-right corner. Enter Xanatek as the integration name and select Xanatek as the vendor.
Step 2: Assign Users
Under Users, enable the toggle next to each user who needs access. For multiple users, choose Select All, open the three-dot menu, and assign the selected users.
Step 3: Authenticate Xanatek
Select the authentication option in the upper-right corner and sign in with your Xanatek credentials to connect the accounts.
Step 4: Enable Triggers
Review the Triggers section and enable the applicable options for the information you want to send to Xanatek.
- Call pop-up
- Call Details Logged After Hangup
- AI Call Summary Included (NOVA required)
- Call Sentiment Included (NOVA required)
AI summaries and sentiment require NOVA and the corresponding integration triggers to be enabled.
Step 5: Test Call Pop-Ups and Save a Note
Make a test inbound call using a contact in Xanatek. When the call is answered, confirm that a pop-up appears in the upper right corner with the caller's information. Start a call note, enter the details you want to track, and click Save. Test an outbound call as well to check the call pop-up behavior.
Step 6: Verify Call Details and AI Insights
After the call ends, open the caller's contact page and select the Communications tab. Confirm that the call details and recording link are available. If NOVA and the relevant triggers are enabled, check that the AI summary and sentiment appear after processing.
Optional: Click 2 Call
Install the Lightspeed Voice Click 2 Call Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with your Lightspeed Voice credentials. Use a recognized phone number in Xanatek to start an outbound call through Lightspeed Voice.
How Call Documentation Works
Agents start a call note from the Xanatek call pop-up, enter information, and click Save. Call documentation includes these manual steps. After the call, the contact's Communications tab provides access to call information and a recording link. NOVA summaries and sentiment sync when enabled.
Troubleshooting
Authentication fails: Verify your Xanatek credentials and your permission to configure the integration.
No call pop-up: Confirm the user is assigned to the integration, the connection is authenticated, and the relevant trigger is enabled. Test with an existing Xanatek contact.
Call note is missing: Confirm that a note was created and saved from the call pop-up, then check the correct contact's Communications tab.
AI summary or sentiment is missing: Confirm NOVA is enabled for the user, the corresponding triggers are selected, and call processing has completed.
